This is the BEST workout I have gotten in my life in only 15 minutes.  After going to the gym for years and wasting hours on end, this is a godsend for freeing up time.  

Travel takes up a good portion of my life.  Getting in here once per week has allowed me to maintain muscle and increase my strength at the same time.  The fact that it stores all of your data and quantifies each workout allows you to push harder to try and beat your previous session every time.

I took a couple of the guys I work with here.  They were skeptical but Len put them through the gauntlet. After finishing, they were completely fatigued.  Needless to say, they all signed up on the spot.

Len is really passionate about the ARX and it's potential to help individuals push past their goals in a more effective way.  He really pushes you through the workout.
